We are a paper-free office and we recycle all plastic, cardboard, and glass that comes through the office. We wash our dishes rather than using plastic or paper products and we have a “corporate vegetable garden” which is fully organic (and which keeps us healthier). Individually, we treasure the outdoors. We have folks who adopt highways for trash pickup and the vast majority of our company outings take place on the lake or in the woods, rather than at bars and restaurants. Our team takes special pride in doing great work for The Nature Conversancy and our support of organizations like the Virginia Soybean Board and Keep Virginia Beautiful.
